PLANFUL & PRECISE TRENCHING
South Dakota Underground provides trenching services in rural, along long roads and open fields, where underground utilities are not problematic. Our trenches are used to install geothermal loop systems, pipes, cable wire and utilities including water, data, telephone and natural gas. We use a wide variety of equipment including a backhoe, excavator, mini-excavator and chain trencher to install, move, maintain and repair underground utilities and geothermal loops. With our extensive equipment options, we can bore up to 24" pipe.
We take pride in our planning and precision. We carefully access each project, its challenges and determine the most effective equipment to do the job while minimizing soil impact. We also know the importance of digging a trench the exact right depth to save on costs and work. Too shallow, and the trench might need to be re-dug, while a trench that’s too deep is wasteful and expensive.
